Direct LiquiMax System (Liquid LPG System)
Direct LiquiMax (DLM), the autogas conversion system produced by Prins specifically for direct injection vehicles and a first in the world, is now in Turkey. The most important feature of the DLM LPG system is that it is not only produced for direct injection vehicles but also has the latest technology. DLM, produced specifically for each vehicle, was tested in the engines of these vehicles and put on sale.
Features of the Direct LiquMax System:
• Prins DLM System has a technology equivalent to your vehicle's original petrol injection. It makes maximum use of the existing electronic components in the engine. In this way, you will not feel the driving difference between petrol and LPG. Petrol vehicle performance and LPG vehicle performance are equivalent to each other.
• With DLM, the vehicle consumes LPG from the first start-up. Therefore, petrol is not needed even to start the vehicle. This feature allows you to save more by consuming 100% LPG.
• There was no need for any extra equipment other than the parts included in the DLM kit. This includes the system that doses the protective fluid known as the autogas system lubricant.
• In direct injection vehicles with a DLM kit, a modified high pressure pump and fuel injectors of the petrol system are used to inject liquid LPG into the cylinder under high pressure. Thanks to this situation, the intake manifold, which is vital for the car, is not punctured.
• Under normal conditions, maintenance is performed every 10,000 km in sequential systems, and every 25,000 km in vehicles with the DLM LPG kit installed.
The Direct LiquMax kit produced for vehicles with direct injection engine systems includes; There is a fuel module, pump processor, fuel supply unit, fuel recycling unit, boost pump and AFC-2, which is the brain of the system, fuel switch and LPG fuel tank. The difference of this system from the VSI-DI system is that it allows the use of 100% LPG and by spraying LPG as liquid, more savings and higher performance can be achieved.
