This notice explains how the contact tools on the Candan Mühendislik preview website work.
Information you share in our forms
We use your name, mobile number, selected service and any optional vehicle, message, company, fleet size and email details to respond to and follow up on your request. Your submission is saved in a persistent delivery queue hosted on Sites/Cloudflare and transferred to Candan’s service system. Once Candan confirms receipt, the personal content is removed from the queue. The request reference and technical delivery record are retained to prevent duplicate submissions. Authorised staff record conversation notes and the outcome in Candan’s service system.
Accessing your vehicle history
Vehicle history becomes available when your registration number and phone number match a single current customer–vehicle record and you verify the SMS code sent to the registered mobile. The code is valid for five minutes and the verified session lasts fifteen minutes. SMS codes are not stored as plain text in logs. Customers can view only the completed service records they are authorised to access; staff notes and financial information are not shown. The session uses a secure, short-lived cookie. Responses are not stored in a shared cache.
Opening WhatsApp
Following a WhatsApp link opens a separate contact channel. Your web form is not automatically sent to WhatsApp. You need to press Send in WhatsApp for your message to reach the Candan team. WhatsApp is a separate service provided by Meta. Its own privacy terms apply, and data may be processed outside Turkey.

Technical connection data
When you visit this website, technical data such as your IP address and browser information are passed to the hosting infrastructure to deliver pages and provide security. This preview is hosted on Sites and Cloudflare. Sending form details to Candan and handling the technical connection data generated during your visit are separate processes.

This website does not set advertising or visitor analytics cookies. Social media videos and maps open through external links. The relevant provider’s rules apply when you visit those services. For details, please read our cookie policy.
